The staff and rooms were very good, I loved it.
The location was fantastic, the room was impressive. Walking to Wtc Cortlandt subway station takes about 20 minutes.
Need to stay in this 4 star hotel. Had a double room with amazing views and wake-up service was available in it. The property was set in a central area really close to Ellis Island as well as stores and subway.
The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a fairly nice area, not far from Metro and the one World Trade Center on floor 50 and the 9/11 museum. Booked a room with view on brooklyn bridge. The breakfast was included, I appreciated it. Central location of this well known property was a bonus.
I loved the hotel, everything was nice with a contemporary atmosphere. The room was brand-new and tidy included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe.
Everything seemed great, lovely staff, marvelous rooms. The location was brilliant, just 5 minutes walk from World Trade Center Memorial Foundation. Great restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

Hotel was spotless and staff was apologetic. Room was regular double and individually decorated. Enviable location, an easy walk to a cable-stayed bridge. The pool was excellent and I had healthy drinks in the wine bar. It was an extra special stay, homely place.

Had a very delightful stay and would definitely book again. Hotel was fairly large and fabulous. Venue was clean. Pool was brilliant and there was an amazing restaurant on site. What's mote - there was great internet.

Convenient hotel, efficient rooms, business area. The property was just close to New York City downtown. Private parking was on-site, superb service. Perfect 10/10 stay in this property.
Everything was pleasant, and staff were friendly efficient! The room was brilliant and splendid. The building itself was very nice boutique with a beautiful garden.
I loved my stay, it was absolutely amazing. Best possible location, absolutely stunning rooms. Staff was warm, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to downtown. Meals were decent, and there was The Irish American Pub near the hotel. Service was friendly too👍
